About Circle Time Child Care

Circle Time Child Care was founded in 1965 by Anne Tuel, whose vision was to create a warm, safe, and enriching place where young children could learn and thrive. What began as a small, heartfelt program has grown into a multi-generational family legacy devoted to nurturing children with love, stability, and play-based learning.

 

Anne’s daughter, Veronique Tuel-Serrano, and her husband, Miguel Serrano, have spent decades building upon that foundation. Through their dedication, leadership, and commitment to high-quality care, they expanded Circle Time from a single location into three thriving centers that continue to serve families across the community.

Veronique’s father, Lewis Tuel, has also been an important part of Circle Time for over 30 years, offering steady support and helping maintain the warm, family-centered environment that families value.

Our longtime Director, Ana Karina Guevara, has been with Circle Time for more than 15 years. She is not only an experienced and dedicated early childhood professional but also a cherished family friend—like an aunt to Victoria and Juliana and one of Veronique’s closest friends. Her leadership, kindness, and loyalty are an essential part of who we are.

The legacy now continues with the next generation. Veronique and Miguel’s daughters, Victoria and Juliana, proudly work within the program, helping carry forward the same love, values, and dedication that have shaped Circle Time for nearly 60 years.
